Raja Jackson, son of former UCF star icon Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, is under LAPD investigation after a wrestler was brutally attacked during a livestreamed event in Los Angeles.

During the ‘Knox Experience’ show hosted by WWE ID-affiliated KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, Jackson stormed the ring, grabbed wrestler Stuart Smith, who performs under the ring name Syko Stu, and slammed him to the mat before unleashing a flurry of punches. The shocking attack was broadcast live on Jackson’s Kick account.

Is Raja Jackson Going to Jail?

The livestream shows Jackson lingering backstage before the event began. Wrestler Stuart Smith, aka Syko Stu, approached him in character and struck him with a beer can. It remains unclear whether the can had been “gimmicked” for safe use.

Moments later, Smith was informed that Jackson was “not a worker,” meaning not a wrestler. After a tense stare-down, the two were separated. Trainer Reno Anoa’i explained on stream, “He always thinks that we’re working over here, like it’s part of the (expletive) storyline.” Smith eventually apologized, and after some convincing, Jackson agreed to take part in the show. They shook hands multiple times on camera, with Anoa’i saying, “We’ll make something out of it.”

Escorted from backstage into the crowd, Jackson was encouraged by wrestler Andre Joel Hudson to “give him his receipt,” a wrestling term for payback. Jackson responded on stream, “As long as I get my lick back, I’m straight.” Sitting ringside, he read livestream comments and appeared to grow more agitated.

Warning: Graphic language

When Smith delivered a spear to his opponent, Jackson suddenly entered the ring. He lifted Smith, slammed him to the mat, and mounted him, landing at least 20 punches. The stream shows Smith going limp, possibly knocked unconscious from the slam or the first punch.

Wrestlers rushed to pull Jackson off before Malo managed to restrain him. Multiple performers then kept Jackson in the corner as Smith lay bloodied. Jackson was eventually removed from the venue by security and wrestlers, all while launching into an expletive-filled rant captured on his Kick stream.

Later, after being driven to a separate parking lot, Jackson received a call — apparently from Hudson — telling him Smith had “flatlined” in the ring. Jackson’s response on stream was chillingly casual: “My bad.”

For now, authorities are investigating. But judging by the violent footage of the attack, Jackson could be facing serious jail time.

Ex-UFC Star Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson Releases the Statement

While Raja has not said anything about the incident, his father Quinton has put out a statement condemning his son’s actions.

I want to clear up the misinformation about my son Raja. I’ve been confirmed that the wrestler ( Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told that he could get his “payback”in the ring,i thought it was apart of the show. It was bad judgement, and a work that went wrong. Raja is a MMA fighter not a pro wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL! He suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact. As a father, im deeply concerned with his health AND the well being of Mr. Smith. That being said I’m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery.I apologize on his behalf and to KICK for the situation,” Rampage Jackson wrote on X
