The Pittsburgh Steelers finalized their 53-man roster on Tuesday ahead of the NFL’s deadline, making a series of cuts, waived/injured moves, and veteran terminations to reach the limit. The team notably kept four quarterbacks on the roster, including rookie Will Howard, despite his recovery from a finger injury.
