KANSAS CITY, MO — Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, has become a frequent subject of online speculation regarding her possible plastic surgery. While the former soccer player has been open about some cosmetic enhancements, but has also stayed tight-lipped about ongoing rumors about others.
The most recent round of speculation came around May 2025 when Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, made a rare public appearance for a Las Vegas event. The NFL power couple stepped out at a charity event organized by their 15 and Mahomies Foundation, where Brittany stole the show in a stunning, colored dress complete with a red handbag.

Sports team co-owner Brittany Mahomes’ appearance has changed drastically ever since her husband, Patrick Mahomes, was drafted by the Chiefs in 2017.
Fans on social media have speculated whether or not she has undergone plastic surgery, going so far as to post her before and after comparison photos. Brittany herself has addressed the issue on several occasions, yet rumors of her breast and buttocks implants persist.
She confessed to getting work done on her lips during a 2023 IG Q&A session. When asked what cosmetic procedure she loves the most, the mother of 3 revealed, “filler in my lips,” confirming her truth behind her incredible pout.
Ongoing Speculation and Denials
Besides lip fillers, Brittany has not acknowledged any other cosmetic enhancements or implants. She often points her fitness regime and natural changes brought by motherhood when addressing her body transformation.
Back in June 2021, Mahomes shared photos sunbathing on a yacht in an orange bikini seemingly responding to the rumors she underwent a breast enhancement. The caption read, “Haters will say they are fake, but breastfeeding moms will understand.”
Similarly, she has consistently denied enhancing her backside. Instead, she attributes her figure to rigorous weight training and sweats, noting she “started with a very small rear” and has built muscle through years of work in the gym.
Welcoming the 3rd Child
On January 12, 2025, the NFL power couple welcomed their third baby daughter, Golden Raye Mahomes. The couple announced the news on Instagram, sharing a black and white photo with a caption “•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25🎀✨.” In the photo, both Patrick and Brittany can be seen holding their newborn daughter’s feet above a wooden sign that reads, “Golden Raye.”
The newest addition to the Mahomes household joins daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III. Brittany and Patrick announced the pregnancy news in a joint Instagram Reel back in July 2024.
They shared a video of themselves with their two kids having a photoshoot in all-white outfits as they smiled and danced around with sonograms. The caption of the reel read, “Round three, here we come 🤍”
